Jean Jacques is a young talented French perfumer. At the age of sixteen he was already a successful high-level pianist, and at the age of twenty he wanted to go to the conservatory and play jazz.
But he learned from a friend about the ISIPCA, and Jean immediatly wanted to undergo training here. Thus, the vector of development of his career has changed a lot, but in his work you can still trace the parallel between music and parfumes.
High knowledge, education and a degree in biochemistry give Jean Jacques the opportunity to do what he loves – to create aparfumes. Pierre Bourdon helped him to understand the secrets of this art. The first company where he began working in 1993 was Quest. Soon, he travelled far east, where he tried himself at Kao Corporation in 1994, and then at Takasago Studios in 1997. For the time spent away from his home, France, the perfumer was very fond of the city of Tokyo. At the same time, he tried not to forget about music, filling each of his perfumes with melody and a special mood. He believes that music and perfumes speak the same language of notes.
