OUD MARRAKECH is an olfactory photography of the Medina of Marrakech where, at sunset, a young water seller makes his way through the spice merchants, the henna tattoo artists, the elderly snake charmers and through the crowd in the piazza Jamaa el-Fna. From the top of a terrace where he hurriedly went up, he now listens to the voice of the muezzin which spreads in the piazza. He closes his eyes and smiles. It is the chant of his father. It is the sound of his story.
The fragrance evokes the scent of the water seller’s clothing: they recall the aromas of the shishas trapped in the fabric fibers and mixed with the merchants’ incense and Oud.
The Voyage collection is a four-step sensory journet that explores the colors and the splender of some of Africa’s most famous lands. From Morocco to the Emirates, from Tanzania to Madagascar, the four fragrances describe an exciting route to the discovery of local treasures where the most precious Oud serves as the compass.
