Wild cherry

This is the oldest form of cherry. Cherry fruits contain many nutrients: vitamins, pectin, anthocyanins, macronutrients, micronutrients, fructose, glucose and much more. Cherry essential oil is used in the liquor industry as well as in perfumery. Fragrances with a note of cherries remind of childhood, the sweetness of this berry, are used most often in the initial and heart notes of aromas.
