Sugar

Sugar is a sweet crystalline substance that is secreted mainly from the juice of sugar beets or sugar cane. In its pure form, sugar is white, and its crystals are colorless. The brownish color of some varieties is due to an admixture of different amounts of molasses. In perfumery, a sweet, mysterious note of sugar adds to the aroma a bit of coquetry and femininity.
